Unpowered drum line
The non power roller conveyor is a kind of conveying equipment used in automatic assembly line. The mechanical part is mainly composed of frame, roller and guide edge. According to the product process requirements, manually push the transfer to complete the required functions.
Safety precautions
1. During the operation of the line, do not put your hands and feet between the rollers, or injury accidents may occur;
2. It is forbidden to put tools and sundries on the wire;
3. When the workpiece (tooling plate) is placed on the line, it should be placed gently in the middle of the line to avoid damage to the drum due to hard impact;
4. Employees shall pass the safety knowledge training before going on duty.
